Shipping Information:

All orders will ship via UPS to your Agape Care Branch. Please select your Agape Care branch under "Shipping Options" at check-out. Agape Care pays for all shipping cost at this time. Shipping to employees' home address or expedited shipping is not available.

Most orders will ship within 2 weeks from the time it is placed. During heavy sales times periods and the Free apparel period, orders may take 3-4 weeks to ship. You will receive an email notification and the UPS tracking number on the day your order ships. The order "status" will not be updated until the day the order ships.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Please read sizing information available or check previously sold merchandise in order to determine the proper size before ordering.


Product that has been worn and/or washed cannot be returned unless it is determined there is a manufacture defect.
